| The sanitarian attempted to make an inspection, but the pool was not open. The operator indicated that the pool will remain closed for the near future. BEFORE REOPENING -MAKE AND RECORD REQUIRED TESTS, DAILY, WEEKLY, AND MONTHLY AS APPROPRIATE. -REPLACE MISSING WEIRS IN THE SKIMMERS. -REPLACE THE RUBBER COUPLING ON THE PIPE WITH RIGID PVC PIPE IN THE EQUIPMENT ROOM. -REPLACE THE DRAIN COVERS AND KEEP THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE DATE OF INSTALLATION. -PLACE A BACKFLOW PREVENTER (ASSE 1011) ON THE HOSE BIB IN THE EQUIPMENT ROOM. |
