[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a) / Outlet covers shall be installed/secured/in compliance
Critical Repeat Outlet covers were not compliant covers. Equalizer outlets have inlet fitting. The are not VGB compliant.
Do not operate the pool without compliant outlet covers. Install compliant outlet covers prior to placing the pool back into operation. INSTALL COMPLIANT COVERS OVER THE SKIMMER EQUALIZER OUTLETS OR PLUG THE OUTLET AT THE POOL WALL.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Repeat Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. OPERATOR CLOSED THE POOL, ASKED SWIMMERS TO EXIT POOL, AND HAND FED CHLORINE. AFTER 30 MINUTES THE FREE CHLORINE LEVEL WAS 1 PPM. REPAIR THE AUTOMATIC CHEMICAL CONTROLLER SO THAT IT MAINTAINS ACCEPTABLE LEVELS OF FREE CHLORINE.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. REPAIR ACC SO THAT IT MAINTAINS AN ACCEPTABLE LEVEL OF FREE CHLORINE.

The Main Drain Cover was replaced since the last inspection dated 8-11-22.
KEEP THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR THE DRAIN COVER AND FILL IN THE DATE OF INSTALLATION. POST A COPY IN THE EQUIPMENT ROOM.

The alkalinity level is acceptable.
IDEAL ALKALINITY LEVEL IS 100 PPM. LEVEL SHOULD BE RAISED TO 100 PPM

I forgot to check the flow meter.
REPAIR FLOW METER IF NOT ALREADY REPAIRED.
