Comments
The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately .
The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover is available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (AVSCO A+A Manu AVSC 8x32 ) were installed 6-3-20. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 6-3-27.

Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.
