Our records show that the main drain covers (Hayward WG1048E) were replaced on 5-15-2018. The covers have a life span of 7 yrs and must be replaced before 5-15-2025. Corrections that have been made since the last inspection dated 5-29-18 -new drain covers have been installed -a new SVRS (Stingl RS 500) has been installed -a new flow meter have been installed appropriate to the pipe size -a new spine board has been provided -a new emergency phone has been installed THE LOCATION OF THE NEW FLOW METER WILL BE DISCUSSED AT THE TIME OF THE NEXT INSPECTION.
