3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. When the valves to the probe cell were closed the acc did not stop the chemical feed.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. REPAIR THE FLOW SWITCH/PUMP INTERLOCK ON THE AUTOMATIC CHEMICAL CONTROLLER. Correct By: 18-Aug-2021
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c) / SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records are maintained
ACC test results/ service records were not maintained.
The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently serviced, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results. TEST AND RECORD THE ACC FLOW SWITCH FUNCTION MONTHLY. Correct By: 20-Aug-2021
