| NO VIOLATIONS OBSERVED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals. The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain covers is available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Waterway 642-3630v SPC-3) were installed on 9/11/2019. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 9/11/2026. The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions. |
