Gates or doors were not self-closing and lockable.
INSTALL GATES OR DOORS IN ORDER TO BE SELF-CLOSING AND SELF LATCHING AND THAT WILL NOT OPEN AUTOMATICALLY. GATE MUST BE AT LEAST 48 INCHES TALL AND THE ACTUATING DEVISE MUST BE AT LEAST 38 INCHES HIGH. OPENINGS MUST NOT BE MORE THAN 4 INCHES.

Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier. REPAIR FENCE BY ATTACHING THE CHAIN LINK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FENCE POST.

TEST AND RECORD THE WATER TEMPERATURE DAILY. RECORD FINDINGS ON THE WEEKLY OLD SHEET.

KEEP A COPY OF THE CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE FOR THE MAIN DRAIN AT THE FACILITY. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT A COPY OF THE CERTIFICATES BE POSTED IN THE EQUIPMENT ROOM AS A REMINDER OF WHEN THEY HAVE TO BE REPLACED AND EASE FOR THE INSPECTOR TO VERIFY INSTALLATION DATE.

The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately
Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Hayward WG1032 BHF) were installed 5/8/2017. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 5/8/2024.
