Critical Outlet covers were not secured. One screw is missing in the drain cover.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation. ENSURE THAT ALL 4 SCREWS ARE IN THE DRAIN COVER.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Repeat Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. The flow switch did not turn off chemical feeding.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. REPAIR THE FLOW SWITCH SO CHEMICAL FEED TURNS OFF WHEN FLOW IS STOPPED.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. ADJUST pH Correct By: 03-Apr-2024
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm. ADJUST ALKALINITY Correct By: 03-Apr-2024
