| Our records indicate that there are two 12x12 Waterway 640-472xV drain covers on the filtration system with a 7 year lifespan. They were installed on 5/21/2021 and expire on 5/21/2028. There are also two 12x48 Daldorado dmd-go/fg-cu drain covers each on the filtration system, features, and slides, for 6 total. These were installed on 5/21/21. They have a 25 year lifespan and expire on 5/21/2046. Observed the nonslip strips on top of the blue slide were peeling off. PIC noted that it would be replaced. |
