The Certificate of Compliance is not available for the main drain cover. One is supplied with this report. Keep a copy at the facility for future review with the date of installation. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Hayward WG1032) were installed 5-25-21. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 5-25-28.
