Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. THIS IS A CRITICAL OPERATION ITEM AND POSES AN IMMINENT HEALTH HAZARD. DO NOT REOPEN THE POOL UNTIL THE FREE CHLORINE LEVEL IS 1 PPM OR MORE. THE OPERATOR CLOSED THE POOL AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. POST A SIGN AT THE DOOR STATING WARNING: POOL CLOSED.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(g) / Water clarity shall be sufficient to see the pool bottom (or Secchi disc).

Do not operate the pool when water clarity is poor. THIS IS A CRITICAL VIOLATION AND POSES AN IMMINENT HEALTH HAZARD. THE POOL MUST REMAIN CLOSED UNTIL THE BOTTOM OF THE POOL CAN BE CLEARLY SEEN. THE OPERATOR CLOSED THE POOL AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. THE DOOR MUST BE POSTED WITH A SIGN STATING WARNING: POOL CLOSED AND THE DOOR LOCKED.
