3701-31-04 (B)(6)(k) / Outlet drain covers are secure/meet ANSI/ASME A112.19.8-2007 requirements.
Critical The main drain suction outlets are rated at 125 gpm maximum while the pool flow rate exceeds this rate (160 gpm).
THE FLOW RATE MUST BE REDUCED TO 125 GPM WHILE MAINTAINING THE MINIMUM REQUIRED FLOW OF 115 GPM, OR THE DRAIN COVERS MUST BE REPLACED WITH ONES WITH A FLOW RATING GREATER THAN THE POOL FLOW RATE. Correct By: 10-Jul-2020
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair or were not slip resistant. The ladder in the deep end on the parking lot side has a broken step
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair. REPAIR THE BROKEN STEP ON THE LADDER. Correct By: 26-Jun-2020
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.

Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly. TEST AND RECORD THE AUTOMATIC CHEMICAL CONTROLLER PUMP INTERLOCK FUNCTION BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON AND AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH. Correct By: 26-Jun-2020

Please note the recording the free, combine, and total chlorine. Total chlorine is free chlorine plus combine chlorine.

The depth markings are becoming faint. They will need to be repainted before next year's season.

I was unable to check the pool lights. Ensure the lights in the pool work and are on if the pool is used after dark.

Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.

Our records show that the main drain suction outlet cover (Hayward WG1048E) was installed on 5-23-19. The cover has a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 5-23-26.
The Certificate of Compliance was not available for the main drain cover. One was supplied to operator at the time of inspection. Keep a copy at the facility for future review.
