A current Certificate of Compliance is not available for the main drain cover. One is supplied with this report. Keep a copy at the facility for future review. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Waterway 640-472xV) were installed 6/10/2021. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 6/10/2028.
