Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. Observed combined chlorine is not best tested or recorded. ENSURE COMBINED CHLORINE IS BEING RECORDED PRIOR TO OPENING AT EVERY 12 HOURS THE POOL IS OPEN.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water.If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Observed the flow meter was not functional during the inspection. REPAIR OR REPLACE THE FLOW METER. The Operator discussed replacing the flow meter with the maintenance company during the inspection.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
