Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Observed several areas of pool deck requiring concrete replacement and or repair. These are potential tripping hazards.
Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occuring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval.
