Comments
During the follow-up inspection on March 21st, 2024, (1) the flow meter was replaced, (2) the SVRS system was tested and documented in the daily log, (3) the daily records are being kept up to date on HEA 5219 and it was noted that an entry of Shock was written in Wednesday's day to manage the unknown substance that was on the surface of the pool water from the previous inspection, (4) the discharge pipe outside that was discharging on the ground is now repaired and an air gap was observed and the pool waste water is discharging to an approved source.
Owner was provided on-site training and the importance of maintaining daily pool log records, the importance of monthly SVRS testing, and the importance of testing the pool every 4 hrs when no ACC is in use. The operator stated that he is considering on taking the Certified Pool Operator course in the future. This training would be a great benefit for this facility to minimize the repeat violations.
The main drain suction cover install and expiration dates are needed.
