Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve. INCREASR THE FLOW TO AT LEAST 106 GPM BUT LEAST THAN 123 GPM
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Repeat Emergency device (telephone) was not working.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities. REPAIR PHONE AND POST SIGN ON PHONE BOX STATING EMERGENCY PHONE.

Repeat The pool was closed but the "WARNING or DANGER - POOL CLOSED" sign(s) were not posted.
Post the "WARNING or DANGER - POOL CLOSED" sign at all times the pool is not available for use.
