Critical The SVRS device that is being used as a secondary means to prevent entrapment/evisceration was not functional at the time of the inspection. The SVRS alarm light was on.
Do not operate the pool when the SVRS is not functioning. Ensure the SVRS is operating properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. RESET THE SVRS. Correct By: 01-Nov-2018

Repeat The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Tests were nt recorded daily. FC, CC, and TC were missed up. ACC and SVRS records were not monthly.
