Critical Repeat Outlet covers were not compliant covers. Covers over the skimmer equalizers are not compliant.
Do not operate the pool without compliant outlet covers. Install compliant outlet covers prior to placing the pool back into operation. INSTALL COMPLIANT COVERS OVER THE SKIMMER EQUALIZER OUTLETS. Correct By: 08-Jun-2022

Critical Repeat Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. THIS IS A CRITICAL OPERATIONAL ITEM AND POSES AN IMMINENT HEALTH HAZARD. OPERATOR WAS ASKED TO CLOSE THE POOL UNTIL THE FREE CHLORINE LEVEL IS BROUGHT UP TO AT LEAST 1 PPM. OPERATOR AGREED. HAVE THE BACKFLOW PREVENTER INSPECTED ANNUALY AND KEEP DOCUMENTATION AVAILABLE AT THE POOL.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), chemical gloves and goggles, are available for handling chemicals. Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in the equipment room

The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover(s) is/are available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covesr (Waterway 640-472xV) were installed on 5/22/2019. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 5/22/2026. This drain cover has a maximum flow rating of 356 gpm. When replacing the covers, ensure that the new covers' flow rating will not be exceeded. 360 gpm.


The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions.
