Critical Repeat Outlet covers were not compliant covers. Covers over the skimmer equalizers are not compliant.

Critical Repeat Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. THIS IS A CRITICAL OPERATIONAL ITEM AND POSES AN IMMINENT HEALTH HAZARD. OPERATOR WAS ASKED TO CLOSE THE POOL UNTIL THE FREE CHLORINE LEVEL IS BROUGHT UP TO AT LEAST 1 PPM. OPERATOR AGREED.
