TEST THE AUTOMATIC CHEMICAL CONTROLLER FLOW SWITCH MONTHLY AND RECORD.

VACUUM BREAKER WAS INSTALLED ON THE HOSE BIB IN THE EQUIPMENT ROOM AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION.

CHEMICALS WERE MOVED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION SO THE ACID WAS NOT STACKED ON TOP OF THE CHLORINE.
