Critical Outlet covers were not compliant covers. OUR RECORDS SHOW THAT THE DRAIN COVERS ARE EXPIRED.
Do not operate the pool without compliant outlet covers. Install compliant outlet covers prior to placing the pool back into operation. REPLACE MAIN DRAIN COVERS OR PROVIDE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE DATE OF INSTALLATION (THAT IS NOT EXPIRED). Correct By: 27-Jul-2021
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b) / "Children must be supervised" or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted
Repeat The unguarded pool was in use without the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted.
Post the "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use without a lifeguard. "SWIMMING ALONE IS NOT RECOMMENDED" SIGN MUST BE POSTED WHEN LIFEGUARD IS NOT ON DUTY - DURING ADULT SWIM. Correct By: 27-Jul-2021
