Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches. Large gap under the fence by the gazebo.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier. ELIMINATE THE LARGE GAP UNDER THE FENCE BY THE GAZEBO. GAP MUST BE LESS THAN 4 INCHES. Correct By: 07-Jun-2022

Comments
When using CYA (cyanuric acid) the alkalinity level is calculated by subtracting 1/3 the CYA level from the alkalinity reading. EXAMPLE: alkalinity test reading = 70 ppm, CYA = 60 ppm. Alkalinity is 70 ppm – (60/3) = 50 ppm

Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.

The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover(s) is/are available in the weekly log sheet binder. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Hayward WG1048E) were installed 5/18/22. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 5/18/29.

The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions.
