Repeat The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. -Observed a deficency in record keeping. -No entries were noted such as chemical readings and or POOL CLOSED were annotated in the pool log from 8/14 -8/15
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. -Records of pool testing is required to be accomplished daily when pool is open. -If pool is closed, an annotation (POOL CLOSED) is required to be noted in the day or days that the pool is closed.
