Critical Repeat Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 2 ppm for the spa
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above prior to placing the spa back into operation. SPA WAS NOT OPEN AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. DO NOT REOPEN THE SPA UNTIL THE FREE CHLORINE LEVEL IS 2 PPM OR HIGHER. Correct By: 27-Feb-2024
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Repeat Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. SPA WAS NOT OPEN AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. DO NOT REOPEN THE SPA UNTIL THE ACC IS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Repeat Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair or were not slip resistant. The handrail is loose.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair. TIGHTEN THE HANDRAIL TO THE SPA. Correct By: 05-Mar-2024
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. ADJUST THE pH. Correct By: 28-Feb-2024

Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
