"WATER TESTING AND RECORD KEEPING", "CRITICAL OPERATIONAL ITEMS", AND CDC FECAL ACCIDENT RESPONSE HANDOUTS WERE SUPPLIED TO THE OPERATOR AND REVIEWED TO ENSURE THAT THE OPERATOR IS KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE REQUIRED CHEMISTRY LEVELS, CRITICAL ITEMS WHERE THE POOL MUST CLOSE, AND HOW TO RESPOND TO A FECAL ACCIDENT. THE OPERATOR SEEMED AWARE OF THESE ITEMS.

OUR RECORDS SHOW THAT AQUASTAR 914 DRAIN COVERS WERE INSTALLED 4-19-18 AND MUST BE REPLACED BEFORE 4-19-23.
