3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(iii) / Floor areas in equipment, filter and storage rooms shall be free of standing water
There was standing water on the floor of the filter room. -Observed a filter leaking on the floor, and standing water was present. -REPAIR THE LEAK AND REMOVE ANY STANDING WATER.
Remove the standing water and modify the floor so that water will flow to the drain and not be able to pool on the floor.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Observed the flow meter was not functional at the time of inspection. PROMPTLY REPAIR OR REPLACE THE FLOW METER.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
