| Our records show that the main drain suction outlet cover (Waterway 640-472xV) was installed 4/9/2019. The cover has a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 4/9/2026. This drain cover has a maximum flow rating of 356 gpm. Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), chemical gloves and goggles, are available for handling chemicals. KEEP THE EQUIPMENT ROOM DOOR CLOSED AND LOCKED. |
