Critical Corrected During Inspection Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 2 ppm for the spa
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above prior to placing the spa back into operation. OPERATOR CLOSED THE SPA AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION AND PLACED A POOL CLOSED SIGN IN FRONT OF THE SPA. OPERATOR TREATED THE SPA AND RETESTED AFTER 15 MINUTES. FREE CHLORINE WAS AT A 10 PPM. SPA REOPENED.
3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Weir missing in the skimmer.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. REPLACE THE MISSING WEIR IN THE SKIMMER. Correct By: 09-Aug-2022
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Required turnover rates were not met.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. INCREASE FLOW RATE TO AT LEAST 50 GPM. Correct By: 04-Aug-2022
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(k) / Outlet drain covers are secure/meet ANSI/ASME A112.19.8-2007 requirements.
Critical Outlet drain covers were not secure or were not in place. One screw was missing in one of the drain covers.
Secure/install the outlet covers to prevent entrapment/evisceration. REPLACE THE MISSING SCREW IN THE ONE DRAIN COVER. Correct By: 02-Sep-2022
