Comments
The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover is available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (AquaStar WAV 12) were installed 8/1/2018. The covers have a 5 year life span and must be replaced before 8/1/2023. The cover has a flow rating of 274 gpm. When replacing the covers, ensure that the new covers' flow rating will not be exceeded. 375 gpm.

The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately.
THE TUBING FROM THE CHLORINE PUMP IS NOT RIGID. IT APPEARS THAT THE TUBING IS PINCHED REDUCING EFFECTIVENESS.
