Comments
When using CYA (cyanuric acid) the alkalinity level is calculated by subtracting 1/3 the CYA level from the alkalinity reading. EXAMPLE: alkalinity test reading = 70 ppm, CYA = 60 ppm. Alkalinity is 70 ppm – (60/3) = 50 ppm

The Certificate of Compliance is not available for the main drain cover. Keep a copy at the facility for future review. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Hayward WG1048E) were installed 5/18/22. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 5/18/29

Test reagnts should be used to test for alkalinity and cyanuric acid.
