ORP reading was below 650 mv. -Observed the ORP to be 605. Have the ACC unit inspected to determine why the ORP is low.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(t) / Equipment/chemical/storage areas are free of hazards/accessible only to authorized personnel.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Equipment/chemical/storage areas were not secured. -Observed the lock on the spa equpiment area was not properly secured which allows the gate to be opened without unlocking it. -After the inspection, the lock was placed correctly onto the gate by the inspector, thereby correcting the violation. -ENSURE THE LOCK IS PROPERLY APPLIED, SO THE STORAGE AREA IS KEPT INACCESSIBLE TO EVERYONE BY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL.

3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. -Observed the pH to be 7.0 -Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.

3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. -Observed the alkalinity to be 30ppm. -Raise the total alkalinity to be at least 60ppm.

3701-31-04 (C)(8) / Spa water is drained at least every 30 days and is recorded
Repeat Spa water was not drained in the last 30 days. -Observed the spa has not been recorded as being drained within the last 30 days. Last date it was recorded was 8/27/23. -If the spa was drained but not recorded, record the date. If it has not been drained in the past 30 days, it is to be immediately drained.
