Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Observed chlroine was not recorded on 8/22-8/23/23.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. Observed the combined chlorine was not recorded on 8/22-8/23/23.

Water temperatures were not being recorded daily. Observed the water temperature was no recorded on 8/22-8/23/23.
Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.
