Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation.
A new flow meter is on order already and head lifeguard pointed out the malfuntion prior to any prompting. Overall pool clarity and chemical balance is in excellent condtion. No follow-up required, just switch flow meter out when it comes in.
