Deck surfaces had standing water. -Observed an area on the deck near a floor drain on the south side of the pool that had standing water.
Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occuring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. -Observed the pH to be 7.0. TREAT THE POOL WATER SO THE pH IS WITHIN THE ACCEPTABLE RANGE.

Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. -Observed the alkalinity to be 40ppm. RAISE THE TOTAL ALKALINITY TO BE AT LEAST 60 PPM.
