Repeat A means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps. The flow meter is only 2 inches from the elbow on a 2 inch diameter pipe.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool. MOVE THE FLOW METER SO IT IS AT LEST 10 TIMES THE DIAMETER OF THE PIPE DOWNSTREAM AND AT LEAST 5 TIMES THE DIAMETER OF THE PIPE UPSTREAM FROM THE ELBOW. Correct By: 27-Jul-2017

Repeat Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL DEPTH MARKINGS SO THEY ARE NO MORE THAN 25 FT APART. Correct By: 20-Jul-2017
