Repeat Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. THREE WEIRS MISSING IN SKIMMERS
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. REPLACE THE MISSING SKIMMER WEIRS.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. REPAIR FLOW METER.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Repeat Flow or pressure switch was not tested monthly
Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly. TEST AND RECORD ACC FLOW SWITCH FUNCTION.
