Repeat Staff was not trained or knowledgeable in pool operations. When the cyanuric cid level waas reviewed at 80 ppm, the reply was "that's not bad". When asked if they knew the required max level they replied "40ppm".

Repeat Emergency device (telephone) was not working. One battery was dead.
