Critical Outlet covers were not secured. Two screws are missing in each main drain cover. The two screws in place are rusty.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation. INSTALL FOUR SCREWS IN EACH DRAIN COVER. REPLACE THE RUSTY SCREWS.USE ONLY SCREWS SUPPLIED BY THE MANUFACTURER. SCREWS SHOULD BE STAINLESS STEEL. SUPPLY THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR THE DRAIN COVERS.
