Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. REPAIR THE AUTOMATIC CHEMICAL CONTROLLER.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. It appears that the flow meter is not working properly.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. REPAIR THE FLOW METER OR INCREASE THE FLOW RATE TO BETWEEN 40 AND 63 GPM. Correct By: 03-May-2019

A means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool. FIND AND POST THE PUMP CURVE FOR THE SPA JET PUMP. POST THE CALCULATION SHEET FOR DETERMINING THE FLOW RATE OF THE JET PUMP. Correct By: 03-May-2019
