Critical Repeat Outlet covers were not secured. Tow screws aremissing in the drain covers. Installed screws appear rusty.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation. INSTALL MAIN DRAIN COVERS PER MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS.
3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. One skimmer weir does not float, one weir is wedged between the skimmer walls and does not float freely with the water level.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. REPAIR THE SOUTH SIDE WEIR IN THE SKIMMER SO THAT IT FLOATS FREELY WITH THE WATER LEVEL. REPAIR THE NORTH SIDE DEEP END WEIR SO IT FLOATS. Correct By: 06-Jun-2023
3701-31-04 (D)(05) / Cyanuric acid level shall not exceed 70 ppm.
Cyanuric acid level exceeded 70 ppm. CYA level is 80 ppm.
Drain the pool at least halfway and fill with clean water. Monitor the amount of cyanuric acid being used and adjust accordingly. Correct By: 06-Jun-2023
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b) / "Children must be supervised" or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted
The unguarded pool was in use without the "Children must be supervised" and "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted.
Post the "Children must be supervised" and "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use.
