Critical Repeat -Observed screw missing on the drain cover that is on the east side of the pool.
-Install appropriate stainless steel screw to fully secure drain cover.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
First aid equipment was not provided. -Observed several essential first-aid items missing during inspection.
Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times. Refresh and renew first-aid items as they are used.
