Repair the pool structure to a water-tight system. If necessary, consult with the Ohio Department of Health regarding the repair.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier, prevent unauthorized entry.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
First aid kit not properly supplied, bandages/gloves.
Provide properly supplied first aid kit, at the pool at all times.
