THE POOL IS 1814 SQ FT. LIFEGUARDS ARE NOT REQUIRED AT THIS SIZE OF POOL. SIGNS THAT MUST BE POSTED ARE "WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD", "SWIMMING ALONE IS NOT RECOMMENDED", AND "CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED". I WILL DOUBLE CHECK WITH ODH, BUT IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT A POOL CANNOT SWITCH BETWEEN A GUARDED POOL AND NON-GUARDED POOL DURING THE DAY TO ACCOMMODATE ADULT SWIMS.
