Critical Outlet covers were not secured.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation. PLACE AT LEAST 4 SCREWS IN THE DRAIN COVERS.

Repeat Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Flow rate exceeds maximum flow rate of the filters.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. REDUCE FLOW RATE TO BELOW 196 GPM.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(n) / Proper pool operating water level is maintained
Repeat The operating water level of the pool was not maintained. Water level is flooding the skimmers, preventing them from operating properly.
Increase the volume of the pool water until the pool operating water level is restored. MAINTAIN WATER LEVEL AT THE MIDDLE OF THE SKIMMERS SO SKIMMERS CAN FUNCTION PROPERLY.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly. TEST AND RECORD ACC FLOW SWITCH FUNCTION MONTHLY. Correct By: 08-Jul-2022
