MAKE FIRST AID KIT AVAILABLE FOR USE.

Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.

The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover(s) is/are available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Waterway 640-472xV) were installed on 5-30-19. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 5-30-2026.
