3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
ORP reading was below 650 mv Observed the ORP reading was 545. HAVE THE ACC UNIT INSPECTED TO DETERMINE WHY THE ORP IS LOW.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c) / SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records are maintained
SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records were not maintained. -Observed the ACC test results are not being recorded monthly. TEST THE ACC AND RECORD THE RESULTS AT LEAST MONTHLY.
The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently serviced, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. -Observed the flow meter was not operational at the time of inspection. REPAIR OR REPLACE THE FLOW METER. ENSURE THAT IT IS PROPERLY WORKING.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

-Observed 3 new drain covers (Aquastar 8mf101) were installed in July 2023. The drain covers have a life span of 5 years and expire in July 2028.

-Observed in the records that the free chlorine was recorded to be less than 1ppm on June 18-20th and on June 25-26. The pool was not documented as being closed on those days, and no corrective actions were noted in the records. DO NOT OPERATE THE POOL WHEN THE DISINFECTANT RESIDUALS ARE LESS THAN 1ppm. ENSURE THE CHLROINE DISINFECTANT RESIDUAL IS AT 1ppm OR ABOVE PRIOR TO PLACING THE POOL BACK INTO OPERATION.
