Remove all cross connection hazards from the pool area. PLACE A VACUUM BREAKER ON THE HOSE BIB IN THE EQUIPMENT ROOM.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. REPAIR OR REPLACE THE FLOW METER.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.

Keep documentation of the ASSE 1013 backflow preventer’s annual inspection available at the pool facility for review by the health department.

THE MAIN DRAIN COVERS WILL EXPIRE 8-1-23. WHEN INSTALLING NEW DRAIN COVERS THEY MUST HAVE A FLOW RATING HIGHER THAN THE EXISTING COVERS. DO NOT INSTALL THE SAME DRAIN COVERS. THE NEW DRAIN COVERS' FLOW RATING MUST BE AT LEAST 400 GPM.
