Clean chemical spill as per manufactuers recommendations.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Total alkalinity tested at 40 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly -Flow pressure switch provided but switch is not being tested and documented monthly..
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly.
