There was standing water on the floor areas of the equipment room. Water leaking from the back flow preventer.
Remove the standing water and modify the floor so that water will flow to the drain and not be able to pool on the floor. FIX LEAKY PIPE NEAR BACK FLOW PREVENTER. Correct By: 27-Jul-2022

Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. REPLACE PRESSURE GAUGE ON FILTERS
