3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 2 ppm for the spa
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above prior to placing the spa back into operation. THE SPA IS ONCE AGAIN LACKING ACCEPTABLE LEVELS OF FREE CHLORINE. THIS IS A CRITICAL OPERATIONAL ITEM AND POSES AND IMMINENT HEALTH HAZARD. OPERATOR SAID HE WOULD CLOSE THE SPA UNTIL CHLORINE LEVEL IS ACCEPTABLE. DO NOT REOPEN UNTIL WATER IS TESTED. DAILY TEST WATER BEFORE OPENING THE SPA AND POOL. Correct By: 12-Sep-2022

All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. DAILY, DO NOT OPEN SPA UNTIL THE WATER IS TESTED. TEST AND RECORD ALKALINITY WEEKLY, WATER TEMPERATURE DAILY, WHEN SPA IS DRAINED, AND THE ACC FUNCTION TEST RESULTS MONTHLY. RECORD ON THE WEEKLY LOG SHEET. Correct By: 02-Sep-2022

Critical Repeat Chemical containers were stored without labels identifying the contents. Chemical storage room has rugs, empty chemical container open and tipped over.
